@anomity - The problem with this hide ip method is that depends on proxies found on proxy lists sites (e.g. proxy4free). Unfortunately, most of these proxies are unusable.

hi, i tried ur how to hide ip in firefox, i used as u mentioned there, but couldnt browse the internet, not opening any page, did as u said like go to proxy4free to take proxy and still says network time out, and internet is not workin

well i followed the instructions to the letter and every proxy i tried failed and unlike firefox 2.0 this one doesn,t configure with ultrasurf so basically you still got some bugs to work out

Doesn’t make any difference to detected ip address.
