Q&A: How to watch Saturday Night Live from Germany?

Q: Hi,I ran across your website after googling an error message I received from the NBC website while trying to watch last week’s episode of Saturday Night Live: “We’re sorry, but the clip you selected isn’t available from your location.”

I’m American and temporarily living in Germany.

I was wondering if I’d be able to use your software to ‘pretend’ I was in the U.S.

Another potential issue: I’m on a Mac using Leopard with Safari and Firefox browsers available. I could use my boyfriend’s Microsoft laptop, if necessary.

A: There may me some chances to make video streaming from NBC work on your Mac by using web proxies. However, I do not advice you to do that. Web proxies are usually too slow for video streaming.
