Proxy-Service.de is web proxy located on server in Bocholt, Germany (IP: 91.194.84.61). So if you browse using this proxy you will get a German IP and be seen as a German visitor.
What I like about this web proxy is that it allows you edit other options like User Agent, the Referrer and Connection type, reducing the amount of real data that is send to the visited site.

Pak, saya pake perdana smart dan saat ini msh bisa ngenet gratis, krn msh dlm promosi. Yg mjd pertanyaan, bila nanti waktu promosi sudah habis, apakah saya bisa ngenet gratis (dg mengubah proxy seperti yg di jelaskan di atas) ?

Now Im using “smart” ( cdma provider from indonesia). But I have to pay if want to connect to Internet. My question is : if I change the proxy setting, can I acces internet without pay? Sory if my engglish very bad..
@dedy – Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, changing the proxy settings will not help you. Your ISP is your gateway to the internet, you can not bypass it. Everytime you want to connect to the internet you have to connect to a ISP (Internet Service Provider).
