This proxy mentioned here let me access SHOPRO videos on Youtube that were blocked in my country. Worked perfectly.

@xeno – Yes, this is a problem that most of the proxies have. You could try using http://anonymizer.nntime.com/. They have a Japan proxy as well.

oh ok thanks anyways , but i have a problem, i cant sign in or anything while im using the proxy.. can i fix that?

@xeno - I don't know it. Anyway the port will not help you. The proxy can be accessed only through the page, not directly by using the IP and port.
