How to Get a 180 Days BitDefender Total Security 2009 Genuine Key Using a Web Proxy

In a post published yesterday, Raymond shows how to get a 210 days genuine license key for BitDefender Total Security 2009. The recipe is simple:

1. Download and install BitDefender Total Security 2009.
2. Evaluate/Run it for 30 days (trial period).
3. Get a 180 days extended genuine license key.

How to get your 180 days extended license key

This promotion is available only for German users. So, in order to get it you have to change your IP to a german one. You can use hide ip tools (e.g. IP Hider) or, simpler, a web proxy. My suggestion is myDEproxy.info. 

Here are the steps you have to perfom:

1. Go to myDEproxy.info or proxy-service.de
2. Enter the promotional link: http://www.bitdefender.de/site/Promotions/pcgots2009
3. Fill in the First Name (Vorname), Last Name (Name) and your Email address and hit the button below the text boxes (Registrieren). The button may not be shown in some proxies but it is there, under the textboxes. Just click below the third textbox.
4. Check your email. You will receive an email containing the key.
5. When your BitDefender Total Security 2009 trial expires you will be prompted a Registration Wizard. Select “I want to register the product with a new key”, enter the key you received and click Next.
6. That’s it! You will be able to use the product for 180 days more.
