March Poll: How much are you willing to spend to hide your IP?

There are many hide IP tools on the market, some free (Ultrasurf, GPass, Hotspot Shield), others with prices between $15 to $100/year (IP Hider, GoTrusted, Invisible Browsing, Anonymity Gateway, Hide-IP-Browser, etc.). How much are you willing to pay for your privacy? Can you afford spending any money for hiding your IP address? Are you able to perform online purchases? This is the subject of this month’s poll.

How much are you willing to spend to hide your IP?

  • Nothing. I don't afford it. (62%, 128 Votes)
  • $5-$12/year - less than $1/month (15%, 32 Votes)
  • I can't make purchases online (14%, 30 Votes)
  • As much it is necessary to feel secure (10%, 20 Votes)
  • $12-$30/year - $1-$2.5/month (6%, 13 Votes)
  • $50-$100/year - $4-$8.5/month (3%, 7 Votes)
  • $30-$50/year - $2.5-$4/month (-10%, 6 Votes)
