IP Cat – Tool to determine your IP address

Recently, I have discovered a very small tool taht could prove useful to some unexperienced computer users. IP Cat is a small tool that determines your IP address and also it is able to change the proxy settings for Internet Explorer.  This is not very spectacular or useful as you can determine your IP address simply by visiting a What Is My IP page, but IP Cat also contains a small and useful tutorial about the IP commands like ipconfig, ping, tracert, etc.
