Unblock Hulu Using Hotspot Shield and Ultrasurf

Good news for those who live outside US and are Hulu fans. A new solution was found to watch videos on Hulu.com despite the new blocking measures. The solution was published by Patrick Soon and it was proposed by KiA (from Montreal, Canada), a reader of Patrick’s blog.

The Solution

  1. Download and install both Hotspot Shield and Ultrasurf
  2. Start Hotspot Shield
  3. Start Ultrasurf
  4. Open Browser
    a. Delete cache, cookies, authenticated sessions
    b. Disable Ad-blocking software (such as ABP) if applicable
  5. Load Hulu.com
