The video below shows how to install Hotspot Shield on Windows Vista 64 Bit and how to use HS to access Hulu.com. Unfortunately, Hotspot Shield can not still be used to unblock Hulu.com from outside US (Hulu blocks Hotspot Shield again. This time for good?).
