As I announced several days ago, InvisibleBrowsingVPN is going to start a new and free service. They will offer free accounts on their Netherlands server on regular basis.
InvisibleBrowsingVPN (ibVPN) allows Internet users to surf the Web invisibly and securely without leaving a trace and without being tracked. All the programs installed on your computer will automatically work via VPN so that the highest level of security and anonymity is provided.
ibVPN allows you to:

The free accounts are hosted on a server located in Netherlands. This will not allow you to unblock restricted content from US and UK. In order to achieve this you need a premium ibVPN account.
How to get your ibVPN account
Today, 100 free accounts are available. In order to get one go to ibVPN free VPN page, look for the free NL VPN and, then, create an account. You will receive the login info by email after the account is created.

yep i have refresh at H+20 minutes and i obtained one, it was my last refresh (= the last chance for them to confirm it is not a scam)
i’m afraid (if they too often offers a lot of free account) than in a couple of months the speed will be near of 660B/s as loki oh!
@willemijns – As I understand the number of free account is limited in order to maintain their quality.
what will be the capping in a long-term area… I doubt
