Raptor VPN and CyberGhost are two other pretty good free VPN services. I like HMA myself. I think it is well worth the money, but those two are good free options.

I am from Europe and wanted to watch Hulu as well..what i did was buy puffin wich costs 0.79 to watch flas and then put bestfreevpn on my ipad wich is very easy to do. it seems to lag a little but it works. Hope it helps

I’ve been using http://www.UKiVPN.com for a while and it works perfectly, even over 3G. I get access to the BBC Player on iPhone 4 and iPad via a UK server as well as access to Netflix and Hulu for iPhone via a US server (both these need a US subscription). I also get RTE via their Irish proxy. I can then hardwire to the TV (using Apple’s video cable) or send them all over WiFi via Apple TV. $7 a month let me rip out the cable service completely. The best thing, for me, is streaming BBC radio in the car – real news for me and 100s of hours of kids radio shows for peace and quiet.
